- MBA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
• Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
(e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Develop and curate content tailored to the needs of the pharmaceutical industry, driving
awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and insights to adapt campaigns and ensure consistent brand
messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing
and sales objectives.
Content Development & Strategy:
• Lead the creation of high-quality, scientifically accurate content for a variety of platforms,
including websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the content aligns with industry standards
and regulations.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely and relevant content delivery across all
channels.
• Write and edit compelling, clear, and concise scientific and promotional content for both
healthcare professionals and patients.
• Support Business development for content as and when needed during CME and other
events.
Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at
increasing product awareness and sales.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales goals and
product launches.
• Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
• Manage budgets and timelines for marketing projects and initiatives.
Public Relations (PR) Activities:
• Develop and execute PR strategies to build and maintain a positive public image for the
company and its products.
• Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching story ideas, and
coordinating interviews with key stakeholders.
• Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry thought leaders to amplify the
brand’s presence in the pharmaceutical space.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, adjusting strategies
as needed.
• Organize and manage events, such as product launches, press conferences, or webinars,
ensuring optimal media coverage and brand visibility
Website Content Management:
• Oversee the management and continuous optimization of the company website, ensuring it is
aligned with the latest marketing strategies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure website content is up-to-date,
engaging, and compliant with pharmaceutical regulations.
• Develop, edit, and upload new content, including landing pages, product information, articles,
and blog posts, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools, identifying opportunities to
improve user experience and content engagement.
Marketing Collaterals:
• Develop, design, and produce marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, presentations,
whitepapers, etc.) for various marketing channels.
• Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and regulatory
requirements.
• Work with external agencies and internal teams (e.g., sales, regulatory, design) to produce
high-quality promotional materials that communicate the value of the company’s products and
services.
• Update and maintain marketing materials regularly to reflect new product information,
launches, and regulatory changes.
Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the
pharmaceutical sector.
• Analyze competitor marketing strategies and stay updated on industry developments.
• Use insights from research to inform strategic decisions and content creation.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:
• Work closely with the scientific, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure all marketing materials
comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Support the execution of events, conferences, and webinars, ensuring the brand presence is
optimized and scientific content is effectively communicated.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop marketing collateral and
promotional materials.
