Experience: 10+ years

Job Responsibilities:
•To head the Private Banking business and teams in a region, ensuring delivery of business results from teams of Senior Advisors and Investment Advisors.
•Ensure targets given at absolute level are met and ensure on a relative basis the team performance is the best
•Measured by no. of people above objectives
•Measured by AUM growth and revenue
•Measured by new client sign-ons and across divisions and quality of sign-ons.
•Ensure banking targets are met with focus on loan products, Assets, NTB and Forex products as primary drivers and wallet share of customers for liabilities.
•Ensuring focused new person strategies in place
•80% of new staff should be in line with defined objective (including turnover)
•One and half hrs. a day to be spent on banking as a measurable objective for RM’s (Digital / Credit Cards / Re-KYC / Assets / Contact Management etc.)
•Ensuring Banking Key Objectives are met in line with the management expectation.
•Benchmarked minimum levels of Delivery on products around customer needs
•To ensure task is owned, a plan made for achievement and then monitored in a defined framework
•To escalate to levels of origination for any delay.
•To keep updates on functional and industry knowledge
•Set positive examples, guides staff members through new tasks build rapport with others
•Strong levels of knowledge in Equity and other areas
•Focused on creating measures of excellence
•Sets clear achievable goals in line with broader objectives of desk and monitors plans as against current progress
