Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Implement channel activation Plans
  • This involves creating a comprehensive plan for activating various channels such as direct sales, online channels, third-party distribution, and referral programs.
  • The plan should outline the specific goals, timelines, budgets, and metrics for each channel.
  • Coordinating with internal teams
  • He/ She will need to work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that channel activation efforts are integrated and aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Partner management
  • He/ She will need to manage relationships with third-party partners such as brokers, agents, and distributors to ensure that they are promoting the company's products and services effectively.
  • Sales enablement
  • He/ She will be responsible for enabling the sales team to effectively promote and sell the company's products and services through various channels. This may involve developing training programs, creating sales collateral, and providing ongoing support.
  • Performance tracking and reporting
  • He/ She will need to track the performance of various channel activation efforts and provide regular reports to senior management. This will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance and risk management
  • He/ She will need to ensure that all channel activation efforts comply with relevant regulations and internal policies, and manage any associated risks.
  • Create new revenue streams, incremental lending book at optimized cost
