Requirements:

• B.tech/BE, (EEE, Mech, ECE), MBA preferable•B tech + NPTI MBA andworked on similar profile
• Certifications on Regulatory / Legal
• Understanding of the Power Domain Regulatory Framework, understanding of the applicationof Regulation, strong interpretation, presentation and Drafting skills. Submission ofrepresentations to issuing authority. Interaction with FOR, CERC, SERC, NLDC, RLDC
• Complete understanding of the regulatory process and approvals

• To track the regulatory updates and changes on day-to-day basis and provide updates tomanagement through detailed analysis, impact quantification, remedial measures, preparerepresentation and strategy to address the regulatory impact on critical regulatory changesimpacting business
• Prepare write up on draft regulations to represent to the authorities.
• Prepare and circulate the regulatory update to Senior Management
• Draft Petitions, interact with Senior counsels on matters, if required.
