Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a consulting firm or a sales role in a corporate environment.
  • Proven history of consistently reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business functions, metrics, and challenges in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with key industries, specially manufacturing and heavy industries.
  • Highly organized and operationally strong.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and surpass revenue targets.Understand the needs of our clients and effectively communicate how our consulting servicescan address their challenges and objectives.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to build strong client relationships and foster long-termpartnerships.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of business functions, key metrics, and common challengesin large organizations.
  • Possess a deep understanding of key industries, particularly manufacturing and heavyindustries.
  • Provide operational leadership by managing and tracking both individual and teamperformance.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed their goals.Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Able to research industry trends, market changes, and emerging opportunities and pursuenew opportunities
  • Able to conduct conference calls with prospects and present the business case studies.Able to rapidly learn and understand past cases.
