Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in a consulting firm or a sales role in a corporate environment.
- Proven history of consistently reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of business functions, metrics, and challenges in large organizations.
- Familiarity with key industries, specially manufacturing and heavy industries.
- Highly organized and operationally strong.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and surpass revenue targets.Understand the needs of our clients and effectively communicate how our consulting servicescan address their challenges and objectives.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to build strong client relationships and foster long-termpartnerships.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of business functions, key metrics, and common challengesin large organizations.
- Possess a deep understanding of key industries, particularly manufacturing and heavyindustries.
- Provide operational leadership by managing and tracking both individual and teamperformance.
- Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed their goals.Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Able to research industry trends, market changes, and emerging opportunities and pursuenew opportunities
- Able to conduct conference calls with prospects and present the business case studies.Able to rapidly learn and understand past cases.
