Role
Section Head – Accounts
Role Purpose
This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely
preparation of financial statements, managing the accounts team,
implementing accounting policies, and ensuring timely and accurate
reporting.
Role Requirements:
Minimum Education
Qualification
Master's Degree in Finance & Accounting along with MBA Finance OR CA
Experience (in years)
20 - 25 Yrs (More than 75% of the total experience should be in
Manufacturing Industry only)
Key Skills Required
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing accounting
transactions and records.
Proficient in implementing and maintaining accounting systems and
processes.
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on best
practices in accounting.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
