Job Requirements:

• Education Qualification - Master’s Degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 15-17 years of relevant experience
• Net working capital
• No critical observations in internal & external audits
• Net debt reduction
• Technology adoption – (No. of excel sheets eliminated)
• Voice of Internal Stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals
• Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, regulatory authorities, and auditors
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support business operations
• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the management team
• Provide strategic guidance and financial analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the organization
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards
• Oversee operations in Finance department, advise and support to enhance capability
