Job Description

Job Requirements: 

  • Proven track record as a field representative in marketing and business development in the oncology domain with reputed companies. 
  • Ideal experience range would 7-15 years of experience (Minimum experience of atleast 6 years). 
  • Strong scientific background in field of Oncology with some understanding of immunotherapy preferably. 
  • Having a strong current network of hospital administrators in India. 
  • Education: Mimimum graduation in a related field (B Pharma / Graduation in Micro-biology, molecular biology etc.)  
  • Post-graduation in Pharmacology or MBA is preferred. 
  • MBBS degree would be a huge advantage. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the efforts as a Senior Medical advisor for your region & establish a strong relationship with a wide network of treatment centers / hospitals / chains and clinical practitioners across the country. 
  • Identify and personally establish close partnerships with key opinion leaders, (KOL’s), influencers & and senior practitioners (KBL’s) in the public and private oncology space. 
  • Leverage relationship and take ownership of medium-term revenue targets and hospital specific strategy. 
  • Lead commercial negotiations where needed with hospital chains / place of care. 
  • Leverage clinical / scientific data to ensure right communication strategy to KOL’s and practitioners. 
  • Strategize and execute various sales and marketing efforts including - CME’s, RTM’s, peer-to-peer      connects, webinars and other engagement plans in coordination with central HQ based teams. 
  • Support close co-ordination with external and internal stakeholders for smooth operational handovers, streamlined services to the patients and product education to clinicians as necessary.  
  • Provide inputs for marketing communications, branding, product brochures and so on.  
  • Support successful marketing campaigns, lead generations and brand promotion. 
  • Role will involve extensive travel across your region to support above activities and meet with Clinicians / KOL’s / KBL’s and relevant stakeholders at regular intervals. 
  • Attend conferences, industry congresses and represent company at regional and national forums. 
  • Develop & delivery high quality presentations independently and present them to support the communication strategy.  
  • Keep up with the latest knowledge through continuous learning in the space of CAR-T and CGT in general for effective communication. 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams for efficient delivery. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to manage data, presentations and influence decision-making. 
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Performance drive and result-oriented.
