Job Requirements:

• 6-10 years
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Having cleared Inter CA / PE2 / IPCC in the past will be an added advantage
• Ground-level total experience of 6-10 years, can be in a similar role with a corporate or alternatively with CA firm
• Exposure to Inventory Management and all ancillary tasks
• Exposure to accounting, inventory reconciliation, regulatory compliances (GST etc.) and handling audi
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• trong verbal and written communication skills

• Working with various SaaS tools for Accounting and Inventory Management
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure close monitoring and optimising the procurement, replenishment and holding of inventory
• Develop and implement inventory management procedures, including cycle counting and inventory reconciliation; conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify obsolete or slow-moving items
• Assist Head of Department with new strategy implementation; lead and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CFO, overseeing all aspects from inception to execution
• Act as a liaison between the CFO and other members of the executive team, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of action items
• Conduct research and gather information on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
• Prepare and present financial reports, including inventory ledger
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and answer financial-related queries
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
