Job Responsibilities:
 Generate revenue and achieve the pre-set revenue goals, (multiplier), having experience of 3 years of revenue generation.
 Lead and manage a team of dealers, ensuring ethical dealing practices, accuracy and client service.
 Oversee the execution of client orders (buy/sell) across various financial instruments, including equities and derivatives
 Ensure all trades are executed accurately, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
 Encourage dealers to use the research calls to update existing set of clients and persuade them to invest further or generate references
 Ensure min 120 mins of talk time per dealer, post market hours
 Address client queries and issues related to trade execution, account management, and market information in a timely manner.
 Attend meetings with clients, as scheduled by dealers
 Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to enhance trading strategies and performance.
 Identify training needs within the dealing desk team and organise regular training sessions on market regulations, trading strategies, and product knowledge.
