Job Description

Job Requirements:

•Minimum Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation
•Experience 10-12 Years
•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
•Understanding of industry standards and regulations
•Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationshipswith clients and stakeholders
•Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions•Negotiation and persuasive skills
•Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
•Ability to obtain and share the Market Intelligence to better the company's chances tosecure the order with better commercials
•Ability to Identify projects, must wins (Project /MRO), Ability to drive the must win cases totheir logical ends


Job Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
•Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunitiesto increase customer base
•Contribute towards improving sales processes with focus on customer centricity
•Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures
•Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after salesprocesses

•Oversee adherence to sales processes by sales team and evaluate through measuresthe achievement of customer delight
•Ensure timely payment collection against dispatch from clients
