1. Qualifications: BBA/MBA/Bcom
2. Experience: 10-15 years
3. Capabilities: Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle work pressure
Job Responsibilities:
Accountabilities-
1. Ensure complete coordination in relation to all Primary Market transactions &
compliances
2. Team Management
3. Marketing, Presentation and Negotiation skills for CXO Levels and new connectivity
clients
4. Ensure all transactions are completed as per agreed timelines with the Issuer / Merchant
Banker
5. Ensure Billing Inputs and other MIS reports are provided as required, including Payment
Follow ups.
6. Provide comments on offer documents, stationery etc
7. Provide the Issuer with Reports for filing the Listing Application, RBI filings etc.
Technical-
Knowledge of Indian regulatory provisions for primary markets and other transactions
Administrative-
1. Meeting desired housekeeping standards
2. Ensuring safe keeping of documents and data.
