Job Requirements:

• Education – Any Graduate/ PG
• Experience of minimum 6 years in handling transaction operations for equity, bonds, mutual funds and other wealth products
• Candidate should also possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with
• internal teams and external partners.

• Financial Operations Management: Oversee and manage all operational activities related to Mutual Funds, AIFs, and Third-Party PMS, ensuring accurate and timely execution of transactions
• Power of Attorney (POA) Execution: Execute POA for Mutual Fund transactions, ensuring all documentation and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements
• Transaction Recording: Accurately record all transactions in the Miles system, maintaining up-to-date and precise records.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
• Compliance: Ensure all operational activities are in strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports on operational activities, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all financial recording.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
