Job Description

Job Requirements :

  • 5+ years of work experience 
  • Data analysis 
  • Relevant experience in managing HR Operations processes. 
  • Ensure documents required as per various labour laws for are maintained.
  • Make recommendations for improving HR processes.
  •  Graduate / Post graduate degree / Post graduate diploma  
     

Job Responsibilities: - 

  • HR Operations: 
  • Efficiently manage Confirmation Process and issue letters as per TAT. 
  • Manage Background Verification for On Roll & Off Roll employees and achieve closure as per SLA. 
  • Effectively manage onboarding process for New Joinees. 
  • Ensure employee personal documents are maintained as per SOP. 
  • Monitor critical employee data points on regular basis and ensure employee data is updated regularly and accurately. 
  • Plan and Execute Employee Induction on a timely basis for all the New Joinees. Update Induction PPT regularly. 
  • Provide data required by other stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters. 
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track HR metrics. 

  • HR Audit: 

  • Provide required information for Internal and Statutory audits. 
  • Address issues identified during the audits as per agreed timelines. 
  • Make recommendations for improving HR processes. Graduate / Post graduate degree / Post graduate diploma 


Skills and Competencies
 

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to collate required information for timely completion of processes. 
  • Analytical Skills. 
  • Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.
