Job Requirements :
- 5+ years of work experience
- Data analysis
- Relevant experience in managing HR Operations processes.
- Ensure documents required as per various labour laws for are maintained.
- Make recommendations for improving HR processes.
- Graduate / Post graduate degree / Post graduate diploma
Job Responsibilities: -
- HR Operations:
- Efficiently manage Confirmation Process and issue letters as per TAT.
- Manage Background Verification for On Roll & Off Roll employees and achieve closure as per SLA.
- Effectively manage onboarding process for New Joinees.
- Ensure employee personal documents are maintained as per SOP.
- Monitor critical employee data points on regular basis and ensure employee data is updated regularly and accurately.
- Plan and Execute Employee Induction on a timely basis for all the New Joinees. Update Induction PPT regularly.
- Provide data required by other stakeholders as per agreed timelines and parameters.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track HR metrics.
- HR Audit:
- Provide required information for Internal and Statutory audits.
- Address issues identified during the audits as per agreed timelines.
- Make recommendations for improving HR processes. Graduate / Post graduate degree / Post graduate diploma
Skills and Competencies
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to collate required information for timely completion of processes.
- Analytical Skills.
- Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.
