Regional HR Business Partner

Job Description

Job Requirements: 

  • Preferably Post Graduate in HR with 7+ years of experience. 
  • Proven track record/ experience as a HR Business Partner in a regional role, ideally with experience in the Mutual Fund Industry. However, suitable candidates from other Industry Sectors shall also be considered. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word (Advanced level). 
  • Good Communication Skills. 


Job Responsibilities:
 

Strategic Partnership: 

  • Collaborate with Regional Head- Sales to align HR tasks and actions with the business priorities in that Region. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor and the Process Owner to line managers on all HR matters, providing guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development etc.  
  • Proactively identify and address potential HR risks and opportunities within the region. 
  • Act as a one-point touch point for all employees in that Region and help resolve any queries, issues that they may have. 

 

Talent Acquisition:  

  • Lead recruitment efforts for the region, ensuring efficient sourcing and selection of qualified candidates.  
  • Ensure timely execution of the manpower requisitions within the set time lines. 
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. 
  • Sourcing potential candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), Consultants, Employee referrals. 
  • Manage talent pipeline and succession planning for key roles. 
  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis. 

 

Employee Engagement: 

  • Prepare Festival Calendar for the year. 
  • Execute various events and festival celebrations at our offices in your region. 
  • Understanding employee grievances and helping them resolve any issues at workplace.  

 

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, employee engagement, diversity) and provide insightful reports to regional leadership. 
  • Monitor workforce trends and identify areas for improvement within the region.
