Job Description

  • Prepare Agenda/Action taken report and Minutes of the IPF Trust and other relevant
  • Committee meetings and ensuring that the actionable items are closed on timely basis.
  • Co-ordinating with teams for Agendas to be placed in IPF Trust Meeting & Other relevant Committee Meetings.
  • After approval in IPF Trust Meeting ensuring that, disbursement claims are processed & sent to Accounts on timely basis in the TAT. Sending of Letters to claimant after payment is credited to claimants Account.
  • Preparing documents and co-ordination for filing of Change Reports on appointment/ resignation of Trustees, Amendment in Scheme to be filed with Charity Commissioner etc.
  • Tracking/Processing of Awareness programs using JIRA system, checking compliance with regulatory directions w.r.t documents submitted and sending to Accounts on timely basis in the TAT, co-ordinating with other teams for these programs. Maintaining database for same, uploading details on website and intimation to SEBI for the programs.
  • Checking compliance with regulatory directions w.r.t. media activities and processing the
  • Media bills using Jira system, which are sent by the team with respect to Media Engagements conducted through IPF & ensuring that the same is sent to Accounts on timely basis.
  • Maintaining database for the same.
  • Co-ordinating with teams for arranging Training program for COT's registered with SEBI.
  • Ensuring detail schedule and feedback report is sent to SEBI on timely basis.
  • Assistance for arrangements with respect to World Investor Week (WIW)/ Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav both in HO & Regional Offices as per directions of SEBI.
  • Co-ordinating with the Legal Dept. for filing recovery suits for recovering the amount paid to the claimants from IPF, for the claims against the Defaulter Members.
  • Ensuring timely updation of Byelaws, Regulations, Trust Rules, SOP etc.
  • Preparing information required by Auditors/ SEBI.
  • Preparation of information required for MDR on timely basis.
  • Any other Administrative/secretarial assistance to the Trustees to discharge their duties.
  • Maintaining SEBI compliances and reports


Job Requirement

- Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate - 8-10 years of experience - Strong in Treasury and investments - In-depth knowledge of the Byelaws, Regulations, Trust Rules, SOP Exchanges etc and various Regulatory & compliance requirements.
