Job Description

Job Requirements: 

  • Qualified Company Secretary/ CS with LLB  
  • For Senior Associate: 1 to 3 years post qualification experience in company secretarial role 
  • For Manager: 3 to 6 years post qualification experience in company secretarial role 
  • Keen interest to work in an operating or business role 
  • PQ working experience in PCS / corporates 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Advisory / Manage team / Business development for following business 
  • Advisory /implementation/ Administration of augmented offerings like SEBI (PIT) Regulations, SEBI / Companies Act requirements for ESOPs, Board / Committee meetings portal. 
  • Other advisory work related to corporate secretarial functions / corporate actions like Bonus / Preferential allotment etc 
  • Manage team of people – interaction with clients / internal stake-holders like IT function etc. 
  • Work on new business initiatives
