• Drafting and Negotiations of Transaction Documents;

• Strong grip on corporate laws – Companies Act, 2013, FEMA laws, SEBI laws, Contract Act.
• Ability to pick new areas of law and adaptability to various work streams such as advisory, drafting, negotiations, corporate litigation.

- Qualification: LLB - Minimum of 4‐7 years of Indirect Tax experience - Past experience of working on general corporate, M&A (listed as well as unlisted), PE, VC matters.
