Job Requirements:

• MBA/ CA/ CS/ ICWAI/ CFA
• Any professional qualification or post graduate degree in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market or banking from a university or an institution recognized by the Central Government or any State Government or a foreign university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in activities in the securities market or financial products including in a portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management

• Will be responsible for investment decisions of the AIF to approve investment decisions of the AIF
• To ensure that the investments of the AIF are in compliance with the provisions of IFSCA AIF regulations, the terms of the placement memorandum (PPM), agreement made with the investor, any other fund documents and any other applicable law
• Coordination with Investment Committee and Team based out of Mumbai
• To coordinate with the Administrator about The Investment and Redemption Transaction
• To Coordinate with the Master Fund Ops team for checking on the investments and income distribution etc
• Coordination for confirmation of acceptance of order (Sub / Red) with the Master Fund
• Bank Transactions processing
• Cash/ position reconciliation port to be reviewed
• Review NAV Calculation
• Audit coordination
