• Generate 4-5 Trading Calls per Day with 60% Strike Rate. 

• To focus specifically on Index Option Calls, Hedged Option Strategies, Combo Future Hedged Calls and Short-Term Deliveries which has a potential of higher yield. 

Customer Perspective: To address customer perspective and supporting Branch sales dealing, Franchisee Team and Online Team. 

• To address Client / Branch Dealers / Franchisee Partners Technical queries & guiding / advising them in actively managing the positions. 

• To disseminate all Trading Calls on the forums where all Franchisee Partners / Franchisee Team / Branch managers, Zonal Heads, Regional Heads, and Research Heads are present. Addressing all Stock Queries of the Dealers for the self-traded client positions. 

• To regularly stay in touch with all BM / ZH / RH and continuously making result oriented improvements to support the teams as specifically required. 

• To share research ideas with the HNI Online Clients directly in order to increase volumes & addressing their queries whenever they require any guidance on their own positions. 

To provide Research reports and conduct Client Seminars 

• To prepare  daily technical reports comprising detailed view & key data points on Nifty & Bank Nifty/Weekly detailed reports comprising of comprehensive Sectorial and Global Market analysis which will support dealers/advisors in pitching ideas to the clients. 

• To address client Seminars for promoting safe derivative Trading Culture;  

• To train Branch/ Dealers/Advisors in upgrading their skills.
