Job Requirements:

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate 

• Minimum experience of 5 years  in trading in BANK NIFTY , Intraday calls and handling client queries  

• Good Communication skills 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Daily Reporting: Prepare and deliver daily reports covering technical and derivatives market insights, highlighting key trends, significant movements and actionable strategies. 

• Engagement with Franchise/Branches: Actively engage with franchises and branches to enhance participation in derivative markets. Provide ongoing support to ensure a deeper understanding of market movements and encourage more active trading. 

• Technical Analysis & Strategy: Conduct technical analysis using a variety of indicators and charting tools. Develop and suggest derivative strategies based on market data and technical trends. 

• Algorithmic Trading Strategy: If experienced, design, implement, or refine algorithmic trading strategies for improved market participation and profitability. (optional ) 

• Webinars & Training: Lead webinars and training sessions for both internal and external teams, particularly focusing on educating franchisees/branches about derivatives, technical analysis, and trading strategies. May include travel for in-person training sessions outside Mumbai. 

• Market Research & Feedback: Gather and analyse feedback from franchises and branches to understand challenges and opportunities, ensuring that the strategy and support provided are relevant and effective.
