• Establish appropriate credit limits for specific exposures based on fundamental analysis, industry analysis, meetings with company management and arrangers.
• Analyze operational data and financial statements, detailed structures, to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit. Assist senior members of the team in taking credit decisions.
• Prepare credit assessment reports and present recommendation / analysis to the approving authorities.
• Preparation of annual and quarterly review notes to be presented to be presented to appropriate approving authority.
• Review existing exposures on continued basis to ensure that they remain within overall risk appetite.
• Maintain regular contact with the issuers and arrangers so as to enable timely receipt of information for reviews and covenant monitoring.
• Track and analyze various credit exposures being taken by other players in the industry.
