Job Description
- The role holder will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology infrastructure
and bringing in new digital initiatives while working in close co-ordination with internal
stakeholders and vendors. - The role holder will have to identify the need for upgrades as per requirements of various
departments while assessing risk and the impact on existing systems - Responsible for servicing existing technology infrastructure and digital transformation
functions which is integrated to all branches - Responsible for analysing requirements, identifying dependencies, UAT, setting time lines
and prioritising tasks - Vendor Management (Qbrik, Equifax, etc)
- Responsible for Loan Management systems of the organisation
- Responsible for tracking regulatory requirements and co-ordination during audits
Job Requirement
5-10 years of experience in handling IT roll-outs/projects/programs and digital transformation initiatives in NBFCs/Fintech companies Experience working in Loan Origination/Loan Management Systems Strategic Mindset Strong Vendor Management skills
