• Lead a 24x7 technical team in the detection and management of security events and incidents
• Manage all IT Security operations and infrastructure
• Maintain all IT Security Tools and Technology
• Monitor internal and external policy compliance
• Monitor regulation compliance
• Hands-on experience with Next Generation Firewall technologies specifically with Checkpoint, Palo Alto firewalls.
• Ensure cybersecurity stays on the organizational radar
• Detail out the IT Security incident response program
• In addition, IT Security Manager need strong communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Design, develop and implement information security policies/ procedures aligned with applicable information management systems/ISO standards.
• Responsible for team and vendor management.
• Managed the operational activities for designed implementation and maintain support.
• Input in to the design and implementation of standards, policies, guidelines and appropriate architectural principles to ensure the firm’s cyber security goals continue to be met.

- Hands-on experience and knowledge is expected, specifically in the areas of application security architecture, risk management, technology evaluation and data center security. - Managing security effectiveness of security tools and technologies and their security providers. - Very good communication skills, documentations skills, presentation skills. - Team management, work independently. - Managing the shifts and working in shifts. - Full time B.E./Diploma/BSc – Electronics & Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science from reputed university. - Professional certifications – Checkpoint firewall, Palo Alto firewall, CCNP – Security, CEH, Cyber Security and such other Information and Cyber Security related certification. - 10-12 years relevant experience with reputed IT Company / IT enabled Services Company / System Integrator. Experience in Exchange / BFSI (Banking and Financial) Segment is an added advantage. - Technically sound and hands-on knowledge to manage and maintain various security products like IPS/IDS, Proxy, Anti-virus, Load Balancer, SSL VPN, URL filtering,2FA, DDoS and Network security. - Knowledge on Cybersecurity tools like SIEM, PAM, DLP, EDR, UBEA, Anti-APT, Deception, Data encryption technologies etc. - Working experience on Information Security (IS) Policies & IT Procedures. ISO 27001 assessments, IT audits, Cyber Security audits. - Implementation of new security solutions, proof of concept (POC), participating in the creation and or maintenance of policies, security metrics, standards, baselines, guidelines and procedures. - Work experience on Web application Security, Penetration testing, conduct vulnerability audits and assessments.
