• Monitoring of operations activities and managing shifts.
• Ensuring high uptime of all the environments and mission critical applications.
• Providing vital inputs and actively participating in the projects.
• Managing resources internal and external.
• Escalating the issues to right team for resolution on priority.
• Tracking, updating to the management on incidents till its closure.
• Analyzing and coordinating the issues for its resolutions.
• Ad-hoc reports generation for senior management, regulatory requirement.
• Ensure SOD & EOD and backup activities are carried out on time as per SOP.
• Handling escalations matters and ensure replies to such mails received from management and other teams for internal and external problems.
• Ensure to performing Live DR activities and DR drills periodically.
• Ensuring Change Management, Incident Management and Patch Management as per SOP.

- BE / B tech - Hands on experience on Storage and server configuration - Certifications done for ITIL, ISO Standards etc will be preferred. - Certification in database. - Minimum 10 to 15 years of Experience. - Stock or Commodity Exchange / Broking Firms, IT enabled services / Banking / Financial / etc. - Knowledge on Storage, Servers, and other hardware devices. - Working knowledge of Exchange related applications (Stock/Commodity/CTCL solutions) & Financial/Banking related applications. - Hands on system admin experience with RHEL OS, Microsoft Windows 2016 servers. - Good knowledge of implementation, configuration, monitoring and administration for infra etc. - Show ownership and commitment on the tasks taken up to understand the requirement and deliver in time with internal customers. - Good written and verbal communications skills and ability to Communicate /interact clearly with internal customers is a must. - Team oriented, always ready to take up newer challenges and contribute & enthusiastic to learn new things. - To be able to perform in 24 x 6 Environment in shift roaster including compulsory night shifts. - Should be willing to work independently, passion to meet aggressive timelines in a large production environment.
